  • Simply check the circle next to each class title to schedule activities. When the check mark turns black, you’re signed up for the class. To drop a class just simply unclick.

  • View your selected activities by hovering over the thumbnail image next to the word SCHEDULE and clicking "My Sched."

  • The activities that are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC are FREE and do not require registration but you can add them to your schedule or you can just show up! 

  • As classes fill up, you’ll see an indicator of "almost full" and "full" appear next to the class name.

  • Use the filters to the right to view the activities in that category.

  • You will NOT receive an email confirmation of your schedule.  If you want to view your schedule please log in to your account.

Practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in your yoga postures.  This workshop is a unique yoga class that incorporates poses from a standard flow with adaptations to meet the challenge of an unstable surface. Prepare to fire up your core to stay on your board and remember falling in is half the fun. Join us on the East End Beach for this very popular class. Note: Paddleboards will be provided.  Please bring a bathing suit, towel and change of clothes.
