Important Items to Note: 

  • Simply check the circle next to each class title to schedule activities. When the check mark turns black, you’re signed up for the class. To drop a class just simply unclick.

  • View your selected activities by hovering over the thumbnail image next to the word SCHEDULE and clicking "My Sched."

  • The activities that are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC are FREE and do not require registration but you can add them to your schedule or you can just show up! 

  • As classes fill up, you’ll see an indicator of "almost full" and "full" appear next to the class name.

  • Use the filters to the right to view the activities in that category.

  • You will NOT receive an email confirmation of your schedule.  If you want to view your schedule please log in to your account.

A partner class to bring two bodies back to one soul. Yum (the seed sound for the Heart) is where we focus. This is a partner class unlike any other. Incorperating Tantra, Compassionate Communication, Partner Yoga, Body Work, Dance and more. Nitya Hoa Tran and Omkara Kevin Wicks will share their own personal practices.  Please note, you do NOT need to sign up with a partner.Singles welcome!
