  • Simply check the circle next to each class title to schedule activities. When the check mark turns black, you’re signed up for the class. To drop a class just simply unclick.

  • View your selected activities by hovering over the thumbnail image next to the word SCHEDULE and clicking "My Sched."

  • The activities that are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC are FREE and do not require registration but you can add them to your schedule or you can just show up! 

  • As classes fill up, you’ll see an indicator of "almost full" and "full" appear next to the class name.

  • Use the filters to the right to view the activities in that category.

  • You will NOT receive an email confirmation of your schedule.  If you want to view your schedule please log in to your account.

Deep Stretch

This class focuses on postures that are designed to release tension in the connective tissues of the body through meditative movement. These postures are held for longer durations helping to increase range of motion in the shoulders, spine, hips and legs. This class will also focus on breath work to keep the mind present and calm when sensation arises and to promote deep relaxation. Deep Stretch is a great option for runners, athletes and anyone who is looking to increase flexibility, decrease stress, and challenge the mind.All-levels welcome.
